The water’s resistance helps build strength, endurance and it is stress-free on the body.

Instructor Led Programs

Using 7 foot positions and 6 directions, this class is designed to improve your body in multiple ways. Shallow water, moderate cardio, low impact.

This class promotes balance, relaxation, and increased body awareness. Shallow water, very low cardio, low impact.

Participants will increase cardio endurance, improve flexibility and muscle tone. Shallow water, high cardio, moderate impact.

Low impact class, focuses on breathing, stretching, and strengthening muscles. Shallow water, very low cardio, low impact.

Seniors can enjoy a relaxing swim in our lap pool 3 days a week.

  • Like to get into the water up to your stomach to prevent impact-related injuries?

  • Then try senior water-volleyball at the Downtown Y!

Water Walking

Self guided water walking. Registration is required.
