YMCA Party fee includes 1-20 participants!

Pool Parties

Birthday Party

Make a splash! Have a pool party at the YMCA! Pool parties at the Y are a fun way to celebrate any occasion.

Pool parties are two hours long. The first hour is always in the pool and then followed by an hour in the Party Room.

Feel free to bring food or drinks into the Party Room, please make sure the room is cleaned up before you leave. (We do not have a refrigerator or microwave for use at the Downtown Y).

Come and join us for a fun-filled time in the pool!

Art Birthday Party at the Y Arts Center

Get creative on your birthday with imagination and fun!

  • Art parties are best for children ages 6 and up, with projects designed and customized specifically to entertain the age of the party host and their friends. Projects can be customized to match the party theme.
  • You will have an hour and a half of art and instruction: children will learn art skills & create art projects from start to finish.
  • Thirty minutes in “party” room for pizza/cake (You provide refreshments)

FunZone Birthday Parties

A 2 hour active party to get the wiggles out where the fun never ends. While also having access to games, crafts, the climber (Natelli), gymnastics equipment (Downtown).
  • You will have a party host to help navigate the fun.
  • An area for the whole 2 hours to have your food/cake.

EZone Birthday Party

EZONE has a party option for every occasion! Select the Esports/Gaming Center for one hour of gameplay and another hour for food/drink and fun! Bring your own food and drinks to create your own theme!

Gymnasium Birthday Party

Birthday party games and sports galore! From basketball to dodgeball and more, kids play their game of choice under the supervision of our YMCA. Sports parties are two hours long. The first hour is in the gym, followed by an hour in one of our Party Rooms. Join us for some gym time fun!

Kids Cooking Birthday Party

(Available at Natelli Family Y in Urbana)

When kids cook on their own, they learn lifelong skills and build confidence. There is a sense of pride as they have fun and prepare a meal from start to finish. We take care of all the supplies (and the cleanup) while the kids do all the cooking!

  • Cooking party for 10 kids/participants
  • 90-minutes of instruction and cooking.
  • 30 additional minutes to eat the prepared food and open gifts.
  • All recipes will be available to take home after as well.
  • More complex recipes or high-cost ingredients may have an additional fee.

Camp West Mar Birthday Party

Make your birthday unforgettable with an adventure-filled celebration at Camp West Mar! Perfect for all ages, our party package includes up to 20 kids and gives you exclusive access for 3 hours of fun, laughter, and memories.
