Small-Group Training

Take your fitness to the next level through increased accountability with a small group of 4-6 people working out at pre-scheduled times. Personal coaching by a Nationally Certified trainer is included throughout each workout.
Small-Group Training will include:

  • Battle ropes
  • TRX
  • Bosu
  • Medicine balls
  • Kettlebells
  • Free Weights
  • Training Drills
