Kettlebells

Using kettlebells, you are taken through a variety of movements all designed to develop strength, mobility, internal energy, work capacity and vitality

Kettlebells are the newest, edgiest, most effective workout you can find. You will achieve both cardio and strength training in this 45 minute class by building muscular strength, endurance and aerobic capacity.

R.I.P.P.E.D.™

A one stop body shock class filled with strength and cardio intervals with highly motivating music

R.I.P.P.E.D.™ is a total body “plateau proof fitness formula” workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics, and endurance components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe and extremely effective.

Total Body Conditioning

A dynamic strength and conditioning class using resistance tubes, free weights, a weighted body bar, and the stability ball. A total body training program designed to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
