Class Designed to increase cardio endurance, muscle tone, and strength. Shallow and deep water, high cardio, moderate impact. Members and guests are welcome but reserve your spot.

Aqua Pilates
Core strength training combined with stretching and relaxation. Shallow water, very low cardio, low impact. Members and guests are welcome but reserve your spot.

Deep Water Aquatics Group Ex. Class
Designed to increase muscular endurance and strength. Float belts are available for participants. Deep water, high cardio, no impact. Members and guests are welcome but reserve your spot.

Kids age 3-6. Class designed for children wanting to explore a wide variety of sports and activities.

Pedaling for Parkinson’s
This class is specifically designed for participants 30 years and older who are diagnosed with Idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease (PD.) Studies have shown that pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace, optimally, 80-90 revolutions per minute can reduce symptoms of PD by 35% and even slow the progression of the disease. This class will be led by our own instructor, Kim Spletter, who also suffers from PD. Members and guests are welcome but please reserve your spot.

Specialized walking exercises benefit those who suffer from physical or neurological challenges such as MS, Parkinsons’, spine issues, and arthritis. Shallow water, very low cardio, low impact. Members and guests are welcome but reserve your spot.
