Are you ready to make a lifestyle change? Kick off the new year with the Healthy Lifestyle Challenge! This challenge is a great way to learn how to eat healthier, move more, and lose weight. We will provide you with all of the tools necessary to make changes in your lifestyle to achieve your wellness goals.


February 4-April 27


This 12-week program includes:

  • 2 SECA Tru Body Scans
  • 12 Small Group Training Classes (one per week)
  • 1 SMART Group Goal Setting Session
  • 1 BASIC Group Nutrition Session
  • Weekly check ins from a personal trainer


The Challenge:

  • Complete at least 3 group exercise workouts per week (honor system) for 10 of the 12 weeks
  • Complete 1 Small Group Training Class (included with the cost of registration)
  • Atleast 10,000 steps per day

First Scan is to be completed between January 21 and February 3.

SMART Group Goal Setting Session–includes a full analysis of the SECA Tru body scan, and setting realistic goals. This session is about outlining a program for implementing healthy lifestyle changes. Choose one to attend that fits your schedule:

  • Friday, Feb. 9 @5:30pm (Natelli)
  • Saturday, Feb. 10 @11:30am (Downtown)
  • Monday, Feb. 12 @6:30pm (Natelli)
  • Friday, Feb. 16 @6pm (Downtown)

Nutrition Session will cover basic nutritional needs as you work through your goals. Choose one to attend that fits your schedule:

  • Monday, Mar. 11, 6:30pm (Natelli)
  • Thursday, Mar. 14, 11:30am (Downtown)
  • Monday, Mar. 18, 11am (Natelli)
  • Tuesday, Mar. 19, 5:30pm (Downtown)

Final scans are to be completed by April 20 to May 4.
