The YMCA of Frederick County’s Early Childhood Education and School-Age Child Care programs serve thousands of children across Frederick County.

Our Early Childhood Education Program provides a safe, supportive, learning environment for young children to learn, grow, and develop social skills.

Our School-Age Child Care Program supplements the school day with interactive learning models to engage critical thinking skills, time to complete homework assignments, socialize with peers and participate in fun, supervised activities.

We are seeking individuals passionate about working with children to join our team. If you have strong instructional skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills, as well as possess patience and physical stamina, we may have the perfect career opportunity for you!
