Are you ready to dribble, jump, and score your way through the FCPS break days? Join players and coaches from the new Frederick professional basketball team, the Flying Cows!
Camp will be held Monday & Tuesday from 8am to 5pm. The Flying Cows will be present to share their insights, run drills, and coach our young players to become better players by increasing skills. We will also focus on what it means to be great teammates who build relationships and work together boosting each others confidence.
Camps will take place in both our Downtown YMCA building and the Sports Warehouse just a short walk away. Campers need to bring their own cold lunch (refrigeration is not provided), a water bottle, athletic shoes, and a positive attitude. The Y will provide an afternoon snack.
