The mission of the YMCA is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

For over 150 years, the YMCA of Frederick County has been enriching lives, bringing families together, and fostering close relationships among people. Learn more about us.

Our main building is in Frederick. It includes numerous rooms for child care, our Health & Fitness Center, a full-size gymnasium, an aerobics workout room, and two pools.

Our Green Valley branch is in Monrovia, and serves YMCA members in the southern part of Frederick County. It offers child care, workout facilities, and a variety of health and fitness classes.
