Yoga

Hatha Yoga

A class for ages 14 and older or ages 11-13 when accompanied by an adult. The Hatha Yoga program focuses on physical and mental health to promote muscle development, flexibility, proper breathing, and relaxation. This program is a wonderful complement to aerobic and strength activities. Hatha Yoga is a wonderful stress reducer. Beginner/Intermediate.

Vinyasa Yoga

Breath synchronized movement, this class is about using the breath to move from one pose to another in such relaxing and enjoying the benefits of a class taught in the Vinyasa flow style. Beginner/Intermediate.

Yoga Mom

For Prenatal and new Mom’s with their infant. Stay fit while expectation or get fit with your baby. This class is designed to be highly beneficial for both by improving flexibility and relieving stress.


Pilates

Beginner Pilates

Ages 14 and older or ages 11-13 when accompanied by an adult. Pilates is an exercise technique that emphasizes abdominal stabilization to build a strong trunk and spine. Exercises are performed primarily on a mat, and work your core by initiating movement from the abs, glutes, and lower back. Beginner.

Intermediate Pilates

Take your Pilates to the next level. Intermediate/Advanced.

Pilates and Core

A dynamic class offering basic pilates exercises with the best of core exercises.

Pilates with Props

A Pilates mat class performing the basic pilates exercises using various props; bands, 1-2 pound weights, small weighted balls. etc. Intermediate/Advanced.


Tai Chi

Tai chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. To do Tai Chi, you perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each posture flows into the next without pausing. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can practice Tai Chi.
