Racquetball

Racquetball at the YMCA of Frederick County is a fun, fast-paced way to stay active, build coordination, and enjoy friendly competition. Whether you’re playing a casual match with a friend or working on your skills, our racquetball courts offer a great opportunity to move, connect, and make fitness fun.

How to Reserve a Racquetball Court

  1. Log in to your YMCA account.
  2. Select Activities in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click Schedule a Visit.
  4. Choose Downtown as your location.
  5. Select Schedule a Visit again.
  6. Choose your preferred racquetball court and reservation time.

Once your reservation is complete, you’re all set!

 

 

Pickleball

Pickleball at the YMCA of Frederick County is a fun, social, and easy-to-learn sport for players of all skill levels. Whether you’re brand new to the game, looking to improve your skills, or ready for friendly competition, our pickleball programs, lessons, and play options help you stay active, build confidence, and connect with others.

How to Reserve a Pickleball Court

  1. Log in to your YMCA account.
  2. Select Activities in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click Schedule a Visit.
  4. Choose Y Sports Warehouse as your location.
  5. Select Schedule a Visit again.
  6. Choose Court 4 to reserve a private pickleball court.

Private pickleball court reservations are available for 2–6 people. Reservations are 1 hour and cost $40 for members only. Use of the Lobster pickleball machine is included, if desired.

Basketball

Adult Basketball at the YMCA of Frederick County is a great way to stay active, sharpen your skills, and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming environment. Whether you’re shooting around, joining a pickup game, or getting back on the court, our basketball gym offers adults a fun way to move, connect, and be part of the Y community.

Open play basketball is available for adults at the following locations and times:

Downtown Y 
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00–11:00 AM

Natelli Family Y 
Saturday: 6:00–8:00 AM
Sunday: 8:00–10:00 AM

 

Golf Simulator

Our golf simulator offers a fun, year-round way to practice your swing, play a virtual round, or enjoy friendly competition with others. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced golfer, the simulator provides an engaging indoor experience with realistic course play and opportunities to work on your game in a comfortable setting no matter the weather.

How to Reserve the Golf Simulator

  1. Log in to your YMCA account.
  2. Select Activities in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click Schedule a Visit.
  4. Choose Y Sports Warehouse as your location.
  5. Choose the golf simulator option.
  6. Select your preferred reservation date and time.

Free member hours are available Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Paid reservation times are available Monday–Friday from 4:00–8:00 PM and on weekends. Paid reservations are $40 for members and $60 for non-members.

Racquetball

Adult Sports FAQ

We offer a variety of adult sports that vary seasonally, including recreational leagues and open-play opportunities. Please check the program listings for current offerings.

Many adult sports programs are open to both members and non-members, though members receive discounted rates. Program details will indicate any membership requirements.

Registration is available online through our program portal. Simply select your sport, complete the registration form, and submit payment if applicable.

All skill levels are welcome. Programs are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for beginners, casual players, and experienced athletes.

Most adult sports take place at the Y Sports Warehouse or other YMCA facilities. Program descriptions include specific location information.
