Music ignites all areas of child development. It helps the body and the mind work together, sparking brain development. In addition to the developmental benefits of music, it provides us with joy.

Classes

From Rock ‘n’ Roll drums classes to Intro to Podcasting, The Y Arts Center offers a variety of classes for youth and adults to learn new skills. The Y Arts Center features a state-of-the-art recording studio for Podcasting as well as multiple music spaces.

Instrumental Lessons

Are offered at the Y Arts Center by Peabody Preparatory. The Peabody Preparatory will be teaching private lessons in violin, viola, cello, guitar, and piano at the Y Arts Center, for students of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels.
