Natelli Family Y Celebrates One Year Anniversary
With nearly 35,000 visits every month, the YMCA is the center of the community!
On Saturday, April 9, 2022, from 10 am to 2 pm the Natelli Family Y (3481 Campus Drive 21754) will be celebrating its one year anniversary with cupcakes, raffles, scavenger hunts, and kids activities. There will also be outside group exercise classes, music, and food trucks for the entire community, members and nonmembers.
“As a Y member, you’re doing even more than meeting your health and wellness goals, you are part of a nonprofit that is strengthening your community. From youth development to health and well-being to social responsibility, the Y creates positive change on a local level,” says Lisa Koen, Vice President of Healthy Living.
Since its opening, the Natelli Family Y has provided programs and services throughout its facility, from the Health and Wellness Center and the Fun Zone to the gymnasium and aquatics center. The Natelli Family Y has something for everyone in the Frederick community.
Chris Colville, President and CEO says, “It has been a great year in this beautiful facility. I think it puts everybody in a good mood to walk into a clean and bright environment with all new equipment and exciting programs and classes. It’s been a good year at the Natelli Family Y with nearly 35,000 visits each month.”
The YMCA of Frederick County is honored to have been serving the Frederick community for nearly 170 years and to grow into the Urbana area for the last year. We look forward to future growth and continuing to improve the lives of every Frederick County resident.
