Adult Cooking Class: Party Platter

This class is a great opportunity for couples and individuals to learn new culinary techniques and recipes! Master Chef Ben Palker will lead you through the steps and at the end of the evening sit back and enjoy your culinary creations in our beautiful YMCA Teaching Kitchen.

Featuring Smoked salmon, grapes, cream cheese, and chive on a cucumber puff pastry. Brie, apricot preserve with pistachio in puff pastry. Tomato, basil, and mozzarella, on a skewer with balsamic vinegar. Melon balls and prosciutto on a skewer. Tapenade: olive, caper, anchovy, garlic, parsley served on a baguette!
