Alaris: Software for Drop Off, Pick Up & Paperwork
We use Alaris for our “Camper Waiver and Health Form” and to check your camper(s) in and out of camp each day. This software will require only the phone number of the parent/guardian/authorized pickup.
An Alaris Account is REQUIRED for 2026 Y Summer Camp
NOTE: All campers must have a completed “Camper Waiver and Health Form” on file through Alaris before attending their first day of Y Summer Camp.
Parent/guardian participation in this platform is required in order to:
- Complete “Camper Waiver and Health Form” for each camper(s)
- Add/remove authorized pickups
- Receive weekly and/or daily communications from Camp Leadership regarding camp schedule, severe weather and other important alerts
Creating your Alaris Account
- Please, watch the How to Video on how to create your Alaris account before moving on to step 2.
- Access the portal login. This process is best done on a computer.
- After creating and accessing your Alaris account, complete the “Camper Waiver and Health Form” for all children in your account who are registered for camp.

Authorized Pickups
Only those who you have added to Alaris can pick up your child – for your child’s safety, there are no exceptions. You can easily add authorized pickups for your camper(s) by following the steps above to do so. And please remember that we also require valid Photo ID for anyone picking up your child. Again, for your child’s safety, there are no exceptions.
Frederick County YMCA Summer Camp Form
You are required to complete your “Camper Waiver and Health Form” by logging into your Alaris account prior to the first day of camp. If you are having difficulty, please be prepared to complete the forms at drop off on the first day of Camp.
