GVY is excited to add a new class format to our schedule in May called LaBlast! LaBlast is a perfect balance between dance and fitness! This class is suitable for beginners through advanced participants and disguises your workout through learning a wide variety of dances such as the cha-cha, disco, waltzes, jive, salsa and more all without needing a partner! Classes will be held on Tuesday mornings at 10:30am.
