Fitness on Demand classes are available to members during non class times. Members may choose from a wide array of classes ranging in levels from beginner to advanced. Options range from Pilates/Yoga to Boot Camp style classes. All class selections are listed on the iPad in the fitness studio and previews are available for each class for members to better make a selection that meets their needs. FOD classes will not play if the playing time interferes with a live class on the schedule. FOD classes will also be used in instances where live classes need to be canceled in an emergent situation or there are other issues that keep a live instructor from teaching a class.
