A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using an assortment of fitness equipment

A dynamic strength and conditioning class using resistance tubes, free weights, a weighted body bar, and the stability ball. A total body training program designed to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
