Kick Box

Strengthen your legs, upper body, and abs with shadow boxing moves, kicks and intervals of jump rope

This Kick Box class provides a total body workout that targets core strength and balance for all ages and abilities. Participants will challenge themselves by increasing their cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, range or motion, and agility. The total effect of the class is development of body and mind while having fun.
