Group Fitness Classes at the YMCA

Group exercise classes for all levels allow you to participate at your own pace

We offer year-round fitness, mind and body programs for members age 14 and older, and ages 11-13 accompanied by a parent. Start your own program, participate at your own pace, and continue throughout the year to get the workout that best suits you. 

Babysitting is available for most class times. For an updated schedule of class times, please view our Group Exercise and Cycling schedules.

Body Sculpt

This is a dynamic strength and conditioning classes that uses various exercise equipment to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength.


A barbell workout that will challenge all major muscle groups. This class will help tone your body and push you to the limit each class.

Boot Camp

Includes indoor and outdoor running, plyometrics, running drills, jump rope, strength conditioning and stretching.


Join an exhilarating, body-changing class that delivers a terrific cardiovascular workout. This total-body experience will give you a great cardio and strength training workout all in one class.


Achieve both cardio and strength training using kettlebells. These will help you develop strength, mobility, and vitality.


This is a one stop body shock class that is filled with strength and cardio intervals. This workout utilizes resistance and cardio training that combines resistance, intervals, power, and more.

Step Fitness

Learn step patterns in this low and high impact aerobics class for a fun and intense workout.

Super Stretch Fitness

Increase your range of motion, posture and flexibility using various techniques.

Total Body Conditioning

This program is a full body workout that is designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using an assortment of fitness equipment including resistance tubes, free weights, and the stability ball.


Build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and tension and increase your overall health, energy. This class focuses on breathing and relaxation, stretching, and lengthening of muscles through movement.


Aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body through unique and exciting Latin moves.


This is an energetic program that is inspired by martial arts, karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
