Water Walking


This hour-long program focuses on shallow water walking for those who want to exercise on their own without stress or impact.

No formal instruction is provided in this program, but registration is required. It focuses on shallow water walking for those who want to exercise on their own without stress or impact. Participants walk at their own pace. This program is free to members. Non-Members will pay a fee to enroll in this program.

Just who is the target audience of the warm water class?
Individuals with moderate to severe joint pain, impaired joint motion, decreased strength and or stamina, those living a sedentary lifestyle, and those seeking a low intensity exercise program benefit from such a class. Participants range in age from 30-88 and in ability levels. Come one, come all and join us in the warm waters of the Fisher Pool! We look forward to meeting you!
