Intermediate Level 1: Faster paced strengthening poses, focused on spinal and joint flexibility, breathing techniques for stress reduction and deeper relaxation. Must have mastered beginner’s level.
Intermediate Level 2: Intense stretches, inverted & balancing poses, includes fast paced sequences combined with deep breathing and relaxation. Intro to meditation. Requires good flexibility and strength. Must have mastered beginner’s level.
