The Y offers a fun gymnastics program dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential. We believe gymnastics training provides an excellent foundation in physical fitness, emphasizing the development of strength, flexibility and coordination.
Regardless of their physical abilities, all children benefit from gymnastics activities. Therefore, we strive to create a safe and fun environment that develops, in each student, self-discipline, self-confidence and enthusiasm as well as gymnastics skills.
Tiny Tots Fitness
Children ages 1-5 have the opportunity to learn basic gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment. Children will learn using various pieces of equipment with some classes the parents are involved.
These gymnastics levels were designed to build confidence and skills by introducing participants to floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, and springboard.
FCY Gymnastics Team
This team is for beginner to advanced level gymnasts who want to compete in a league. Students prepare for competition while focusing on the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of each gymnast.
