With YMCA 360 you can participate in your favorite YMCA programs anytime. Through a partnership with other Ys around the country, we are able to provide our members and the community YMCA Group Exercise Wellness Program videos on-demand. The Y is always here to meet your health needs, wherever you are.

Regular exercise is one component of a healthy lifestyle that can help reduce stress and prevent illness. Here are some YMCA 360 videos for everyone, including Active Older Adults, Barre, Boot Camp, and yoga.

Open to All: 12Bursts

Keep your family active and having fun with 12Bursts. The 12Bursts program encourages your children to achieve 60-minutes of daily recommended physical activity through 12 activity “bursts” of five minutes each. Stack your bursts or mix or match in whatever way best fits your schedule to complete each day’s Daily Dozen challenge. 12Bursts can be completed as individuals or as a family.

With 12Bursts, no two days are the same as the Daily Dozen challenge resets to encourage a variety of activities and maximize the fun! How many days in a row can you complete the daily challenge list? Get started today!

Outdoor and Virtual LIVE Fitness Schedule

Facebook LIVE Virtual Fitness Classes

We will continue offering Virtual Fitness Classes on Facebook LIVE. Many Outdoor classes may be available on Facebook LIVE as well and, if an Outdoor Class is cancelled due to weather, it may be offered virtually instead.

MEMBERS ONLY: Outdoor GroupEx Classes at the Downtown Y

We are now offering Outdoor Group Exercise Classes! Due to COVID 19, all classes will be held outside, weather permitting. Classes are subject to cancellation.
  • YMCA Members Only. Reservations Required. Reservations open 24 hrs. before the class and close 60 mins. prior to class start time.
  • Each class will be limited to no more than 9 participants.
  • Please stay in your car until 5 minutes prior to class start time to avoid gathering in groups.
  • Please wear a mask walking to/from your car.
  • The building will not be open to the public and bathrooms will not be available.
  • Please maintain 6 ft. distance guidelines at all times.
  • Please be sure to dress appropriately for an outdoor workout, including suntan lotion.
  • Bring water, towel, and your own mat.
  • Please wipe down all equipment before/after use and put all equipment away.
  • Please follow any additional instructions/directions given by the staff.
  • Please exit promptly after class is over/equipment returned.

MEMBERS ONLY: FLEX Fitness On Demand

The YMCA uses Fitness On Demand in our Studios and Cycle Room, now we can offer you these services in the comfort of your own home. Fitness On Demand offers you access to the industry’s most diverse fitness video library from the powerhouse brands from all categories from yoga, strength, and cycling to mobility, youth, and active-aging. This is an exclusive offer for members only. Email Jaime Fisher with your full name and email address to be added! There are limited slots available, first-come, first-serve, so HURRY!

MEMBERS ONLY: Activ Trax

Instructions on changing an Activtrax workout.  Members have the ability to have ActivTrax create a ‘bodyweight’ workout for them.  With this option, ActivTrax will generate new workouts each time you complete a workout.

  1. Login to ActivTrax.com, enter your username and password
  2. From My Account select My Profile
  3. Scroll down to ActivTrax Workout Preferences
  4. Uncheck all options except Include Body Weight Exercises (if you have barbells or plated equipment at home, of course, check those)
  5. Click Submit from the bottom of page

One last step… you must Replace the Pending Workout.

  1. Click on Workouts from the top menu bar, click Other Options, click Replace Pending Workout

 

Changing Workouts to Custom Routine  (video)

  1. Login to ActivTrax.com, enter your username and password
  2. From My Account select My Profile
  3. Scroll down to FITTR Preferences – (T) Training Type and choose the Custom Routine that best fits your style
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit

When you log into the ActivTrax mobile app, you will receive a message that a new workout has been generated.
