DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, May 27 at 10 am \nJoin us for a 2-hour Fall Prevention Class in the Intergenerational Room at the South County Y. Class will review tips and tricks to prevent falls at home and wherever else you may travel. After hearing these great strategies\, we will learn specific exercises to strengthen muscles and promote balance. \nRegistration is required. A small snack will be provided to those who register.
