RANK: CHIEF MASTER 7TH DAN

Master William Rayo black belt Seventh DAN in traditional HAPKIDO, CKA and CKWF Cheong Kyum Assoc and Cheong Kyum Hapkido World Federation International Director, with more than 350 students in South America and Europe, has 43 years of martial experience of which he has dedicated 30 years to teaching HAPKIDO with an authentic lineage from Korea.

Today his career as International Director has allowed him to give seminars at an international level in countries such as Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Panama, Germany, Spain, among others.

Its main achievements include:

• Systems Engineer
• Colonel of the Colombian Air Force
• Receives the KHF Master’s degree in thirteenth version of the Master training course conducted by KOREAN HAPKIDO FEDERATION.
• Teaches Hapkido to elite personnel of the Army, the Colombian Air Force and the Colombian National Police in self-defense.
• Instructs the Hapkido CKA Level 1 International Seminar in the city of
Hamburg – Germany, Organized by the TukonAcademy
• Produces First Technical DVD of Hapkido CKA
• Participated in the Hapkido World Championship in Monterrey – Mexico,
was get the second place in Demo team and weapons.
