Group Fitness Classes
We offer a year-round aerobics programs for members age 14 and older, and ages 11-13 accompanied by a parent. Start your own program, participate at your own pace, and continue throughout the year. Abs and Arms
This 30-minute class offers muscle balance by training your upper body and core, utilizing the stability ball, tubing and hand weights. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
The original weight class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time. Great music and awesome Instructors inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
A one-hour class that includes indoor/outdoor running, plyometrics, running drills, jump rope, and strength conditioning. Advanced.
Strengthen your legs, upper body, and abs with shadow boxing moves, kicks and intervals of jump rope. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
Low impact cardio but not low intensity! For the participant who wants a total body workout without the high impact of a traditional class. Great music and tons of fun! Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
A cardiovascular conditioning class. High and low impact moves are used with modifications given. Abdominal exercises are added at the end of each classs. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
Incorporate high intensity, hi-lo moves with strength conditioning intervals to get a great total body workout. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.

Kettle Bells are the newest, edgiest, most effective workout you can find. You will achieve both cardio and strength training in this 45 minute class by building muscular strength, endurance and aerobic capacity.

Step & Abs
Cardiovascular training using a raised platform. Choreography set to music using low and high impact moves with addominal workout at the end of each class. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
A dynamic strength and conditioning class using resistance tubes, free weights, a weighted body bar, and the stability ball. A total body training program designed to increase muscular endurance, flexibility and strength. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
Weights & Core
A choreographed strength training class that incorporates exercise cycles set to music in a group setting. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
“Ditch the workout” and join the latest craze in group exercise. Dance your way to a fitter you doing unique and exciting latin moves. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
This specialty course is designed for current Zumba® Instructors who wish to learn how to blend body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. You’ll learn how to use weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone all the target zones.
Ages 14 and older. Get ready for the ride of your life! Join an exhilarating, body-changing class that integrates music, motivation, and inspiration to deliver a terrific cardiovascular workout. This challenging, non-impact program is designed for all fitness levels. Location: Upstairs Cycle Room (by the running track).
Pump & Ride
A one-hour total body experience that will give you a great cardio and strength training workout all in one class. Dumbbells are used for the strength training portion during the cycle protion for 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes will be spent on the track with continued intervals, abodominal work and cool down. Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced.
