Tiny Tots & Preschool Gymnastics
Children from one to six years old can enjoy these fitness classes that combine music, songs, creative movement, gymnastics, and parachute play. Participants increase self-confidence and body awareness as well as develop large muscle skills. Classes are held once a week in the Y Gymnasium. First Steppers
For ages 1-2, this class allows children to explore various pieces of equipment with a parent and the teacher. Kids will socialize with other children and exercise in a fun, comfortable setting. Songs and parachute play are done with parent participation.

Parents & Peanuts
This class if for children ages 2 1/2 to 3 1/2. Children and their parents explore different activities using various pieces of gymnastic equipment. More emphasis is placed on learning tumbling skills such as forward rolls, balancing, strength coordination and movement exploration. Songs and parachute play are done with parent participation.
Munchkins
For ages 3 1/2 to 4 1/2. Parents do not participate in this class. Children explore movement and improve their physical awareness and body coordination. Large motor skills are improved using the vault, larger balance beam and trapeze. Students spend more time learning tumbling skills.
Kinder Kids
This coed sports class is geared toward children ages 4–6. It is designed to improve coordination, self confidence and physical fitness. Non-competitive in nature, it involves movement drills, game play and positive reinforcement. Basketball, soccer, t-ball, and floor hockey are covered. Parents do not participate in this 45 minute class.
Gym & Swim
For ages 3 1/2 – 5, this combination class consists of basic tumbling and gymnastic activities in the gym, with Pike/Eel level swimming lessons in the pool. Children are required to wear a swimsuit under their clothing, and bring a towel. Parents do not participate in this class.
Tumble Kids
This co-ed class for children ages 3 ½ to 4 ½. Movement to music, games, activities and lots of fun will aid in developing motor skills and body awareness for each child. Classes will also include rolling, turning, balancing and jumping with the use of the artistic gymnastics equipment.
