Regional Director- Full-Time Position – YMCA is currently seeking responsible individuals to assist the Dir. of SACC in the oversight and management of the SACC program. The program is divided into 3 regions; each Regional Director is responsible for the successful operation of his/her respective region. Responsibilities include interviewing & hiring staff, monitoring staff performance, addressing performance issues & coaching for performance improvement, developing curriculum and program improvements, mentoring and coaching staff in the area of child behavior management, and ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and maintain the reputation of the program in the community. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional skills in conflict management and resolution. Prefer 5 yrs. experience as a director of a licensed child care program and experience directly supervising full time and part time staff. Lifeguards/Part time Responsible individuals needed to guard lap and teaching pools. Various shifts available with emphasis on hours between 9am and 4 pm. Must be at least 16 years of age and have or be willing to obtain Lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certifications.

Dance Instructor/Part time Dance instructor needed for Preschool and Elementary age students within a busy dance department.  Must be 18 yrs old and have previous teaching experience in Ballet , Tap and Jazz. Applicant must enjoy children. We will provide teaching plans. Production experience a plus.  Hiring for weekday and Saturday classes to begin in Fall 2010.

Dance Instructor/Part time Dance Instructor needed for Jazz and Lyrical classes with students ages 7-18. Must have teaching experience. Production experience preferred. Hiring for weekday classes to begin in Fall 2010.

Gymnastic Instructor/Part time Must be at least 16 years of age. Prefer gymnastics experience but willing to train. Experience working with children is a plus. Hours include evenings and Saturdays.

Gymnastic Coach/Part time Must be at least 16 years of age. Competitive gymnastics background desired but not required. Advanced gymnastic sills preferred. Hours include evenings and Saturdays

SACC Teacher/Part-time Hours are 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. for most locations. Must be at least 19 years of age. Prefer applicants have appropriate combinations of certification, training and experience. Positions available are for the 2010-2011 school year.

Aides/Part-time Hours are 6:30 – 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. for most locations. Must be at least 16 years of age and have desire to work with school aged children. Positions available are for the 2010-2011 school year.
