Health & Fitness

Our Health and Wellness Center is more than a gym: it’s a place where members can do any sort of workout they choose.

It has been recently upgraded, with a new look, a new rubberized floor, and new equipment.

Aerobics classes at the Y are offered year-round, and taught at Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.

Our group Cycling program is conducted on stationary bikes, and is designed for people of all fitness levels.

The Y’s Running programs include a Kid’s in Motion Program and an annual 5K run.

Tai Chi is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.

Our Pilates, Yoga, and Massage programs cultivate well-being in both body and mind.

We offer several programs for active older adults that increase strength, fitness, and flexibility.
